Richard Feynman's Ode to Wonder

Physicist, original thinker, and Nobel Prize winner Richard Feynman also dabbled in poetry. In what might be considered a pre-Earth Day musing, Feynman wrote: Ode to the Wonder of Life in 1995. His musing about atoms, life's origins, and the evolution of consciousness:

Out of the cradle onto the dry land… here it is standing… atoms with consciousness… matter with curiosity… I… a universe of atoms… an atom in the universe.

YoYo Ma, himself a cultural explorer with boundless curiosity and wonder, brings his musical talents to compliment an abstract animation of Feynmen's poem and ideas. Here is a combined vision to ponder considering our vast needs for environmental appreciation and restoration nowadays and not just on one designated day. WHB
