What is happening to the oceans isn't good and not sustainable. However, marine biologist Jackie Savitz with Oceana, the international marine organization, says fixing the world's oceans could feed the planet.
In a visually dazzling TED presentation, the marine researcher explains what is now happening to global fisheries and offers smart suggestions of how to help protect and restore the oceans for everyone's benefit.
